The History Of BCAT Security Service

It was the Vision of (Late) Capt. S.G. More to Establish a Service Organization viz., a Service with a Social Cause/Service Contributing Towards Maintaining Social Peace. However this Cause Could not be Achieved due to his Untimely Demise. His Vision thus Became a Mission for Smt. R.S. More, his wife, and Subsequently upheld by his three sons with Defence, Police and Civil Aviation Backgrounds turning the vision into a reality.
B-Cat Security Services was established under the Government Shops and Establishment Act (Reg. No. CE/8823) to cater for & provide multifarious Security services.
The services were originally established in the year 1980 at Thane. The business developed under the able leadership of Lt. Col. J.S. More. The advantage of defense background adds, not only perfection to the services, but also inculcates a sense of discipline amongst the personnel.

Recruitment and Employment Process

Guard Validation: We only hire guards who are known to our system through our existing stakeholders: Guards, Relatives, and Connected Parties. This means we only recruit security staff who are linked to someone we trust.
Guard Certificates: We collect all required Certificates before assigning any duty. These include Aadhar Card, PAN Card, bank details, a photo, police verification (if applicable), and medical examination (if available). We also require a mobile number and current address details.
Police Verification: We get character verification from the local police station when requested by the client/task/assignment.
Health Check-up Certificate: For specific tasks/assignments, we require a health check-up to ensure individuals are not suffering from any illnesses and to assess their vision. We may also request other medical tests as needed.
Training Duration: We train guards with our training partners and trainers according to the task’s needs. Our programs cover all task requirements through a mix of theoretical and hands-on training.
Task Allocation: We make sure guards understand their duties fully before assigning them to any task.
Routine Evaluation of Performance: We regularly assess guards’ performance through patrols, surprise visits, third-party inspections, and feedback from clients.
